Minnesota residential roofing work is subject to Department of Labor and Industry licensing under Minn. Stat. § 326B.805. Request the serving contractor's Minnesota business license number and verify it through DLI's online license lookup before signing a contract. A licensed residential roofer must maintain a $15,000 surety bond under Minn. Stat. § 326B.86. The license record should match the business named on the written quote.

Minn. Your remedy for service work is with the contractor that provides it.

Information submitted through this site is handled as described in the privacy policy. You may receive a call, text, email, or voicemail response related to your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply if your carrier charges them.
